Biography
of Pastor E. L. Branch
Pastor, community advocate, humanitarian, author, lecturer,
singer and musician--E. L. Branch is God's visionary for
Third New Hope Baptist Church located in Detroit, Michigan.
Serving
as pastor since 1977, his consistent obedience to God
has taken the Third New Hope congregation from glory to
glory. The
membership has grown from 20 to well over 3000 and counting.
During these years, Pastor Branch's uncompromising and
bold teaching of God's Word has changed the lives of people
both at Third New Hope and around the world.
Educationally,
Pastor Branch has earned a Master's of Arts degree in
Biblical Studies and a Master of Divinity Degree in Religious
Studies from the Ashland Theological Seminary, where he
presently continues his studies toward a Doctor of Ministries
degree. Also, he has been awarded several honorary doctorate
degrees from noted bible colleges and theological centers.
